Appian Integration API

Overview

This application exposes information about Appian for a wide range of system-to-system integration use-cases.

Highlights:

• Retrieve all Appian process models, processes, and tasks
• Start Appian process models
• Retrieve process instances per process model
• Retrieve tasks per process instance
• Control API access using groups

The Appian API has a RAML specification hosted in the MuleSoft Anypoint Exchange. Use this RAML specification to easily discover, test, and call the Appian API from MuleSoft or any RAML-compatible tool.

What is RAML?
RESTful API Modeling Language (RAML) is a simple and succinct way of describing practically-RESTful APIs. It encourages reuse, enables discovery and pattern-sharing, and aims for merit-based emergence of best practices. RAML is built on broadly-used standards such as YAML and JSON and is a non-proprietary, vendor-neutral open spec.
