Hi,

Having an issue with the connected system created using this plug-in. After authorizing this connected system, the integration objects works for few minutes or so then the integration objects start failing with Error Code 401 - Unauthorized 'til the connected system object is authorized again.

Please help!

Does this connected system handle when a accessToken expires? I seem to need to refresh it manually on the connected system page and I don't see anywhere in the code the handling of a 401 error: docs.appian.com/.../working-with-oauth-2-0.html

Hi rishub,

We analyzed on your issue, it seems like redirect URL is mismatched from Box app to Appian connected system. Please check your redirect URL given in your Box connected system object is the same as in the Box OAuth app. If it is the same, then check the client id and client secret on both the side.

Hi team, I am trying to connect with Box using your plugin but while authorizing , I am getting below given error: "redirect_url_mismatch". can you please guide about rootcause and proposed fix for that?
