Box File Upload Component

Overview

For certain use cases, such as end of year regulatory reporting requirements or detailed inspections, end users may need to upload many files to workflow, some exceeding the Appian 1GB cap. This component allows for direct upload for files as large as 50GB, allowing for high volume use cases to have limited impact to your Appian platform performance.

Key Features & Functionality

  • Single or multiple file upload
  • Supports JWT and Client Credential authentication (via Groundswell Box Connected System)
  • Supports user impersonation ("as user") and random user rotation to support load balancing for Box rate limits

Pre-requisites: Installation of Groundswell Box Connected System and a Box enterprise account.
