Overview
The Chemistry Development Kit (CDK) Utilities Plug-in is a wrapper around the open source Chemistry Development Kit. It includes a smart service, Generate 2D Molecule Image, which takes MDL Molfile data and renders a 2-dimensional image of the compound.
