FlowMate - Citizen Workflow

Overview

Organizations need basic requester-approver type application to manage their internal day to day functionality. Behavior of these apps would change as and when policy of organization changes. These lead to a repetitive cost to build, maintain and update multiple apps. On top of that, these apps are for internal management purpose only and does not help organization to increase revenue directly.   • Define layout of a form to be Single column or multi-column
  • Define at which stage which section would be enabled or disabled
  • Review and update forms
  • Export forms data in excel
  • Admin actions
  • Define application-level lookup values for actions, groups, stages available to be used in workflows
  • Map basic users with a group so that they can access workflows and perform task they are responsible for

  • Filter all cases based of workflow or creator of case and see details of individual case

  • Basic users might be approvers at some stage in some workflow, they may need to provide their inputs at a task for a case. Here basic users will get am application specific view of tasks assigned to them and
