FlowMate - Citizen Workflow

Overview

Organizations need basic requester-approver type application to manage their internal day to day functionality. Behavior of these apps would change as and when policy of organization changes. These lead to a repetitive cost to build, maintain and update multiple apps. On top of that, these apps are for internal management purpose only and does not help organization to increase revenue directly. FlowMate - Citizen Workflow is for two types of users: Administrators and Basic Users.

Functionalities for Administrators:

• Build and manage workflow
• Define workflow stages
• Define groups associated with workflow
• Define SLA for a given stage of a workflow
• Define what actions can be performed at a given stage
• Define business logic determining next consequent stage for the workflow
• Link a master form with workflow
• Review and update workflow, create versions of workflow
• Review active cases and inputs provided for each case workflow wise
• Export workflow case details in excel
• Export workflow summary in excel
• Build and manage Form
• Define form sections and questions for a given section
• Functionality to use text field, integer field, paragraph field, radio buttons, drop down, check boxes, file upload, date picker fields for the form
• Define layout of a form to be Single column or multi-column
• Define at which stage which section would be enabled or disabled
• Review and update forms
• Export forms data in excel
• Admin actions
• Define application-level lookup values for actions, groups, stages available to be used in workflows
• Map basic users with a group so that they can access workflows and perform task they are responsible for
• Reports
• Filter all cases based of workflow or creator of case and see details of individual case
• Export case report in excel Format

Functionalities for Basic Users:

• Create new case
• Pick a workflow and initiate new case, leverage use of the form and workflow defined by your organization.
• Review and export case details
• Perform task
• Basic users might be approvers at some stage in some workflow, they may need to provide their inputs at a task for a case. Here basic users will get am application specific view of tasks assigned to them and
• they can pick once to work
• SLA Reminders
• Get task SLA reminders via email
• Get Case completion notice via email for the case basic user created
