This is a modern grants management solution that allows applicants to apply for grants, and administrators to manage grant funds, and award grants based on configurable award criteria. The solution includes approval workflows with escalations and streamlines grants reporting.

Key Features & Functionality

  • Secure Portal for Applicant Account creation: Creation of new application user accounts for submission and tracking, Guided (Wizard-style) step-by-step application submission process
  • Award Processing: Automatic review of submission to check for completeness, Tiered-ranking based on criteria such as family military/police employment history, comparison of income against poverty level, and location of applicant
  • Invoice Processing: Approve Invoice submitted by providers, Integration with Peoplesoft for payment processing
  • Reporting: Multiple reports including scholarship grant report, deadline report, invoices report, Automatic warning / cancellation emails to applicants notifying enrolment deadline, grant completion deadline, and invoice submission deadline
