The app enables managers and their employees to view documented results that can later be referred to, tracked, and measured.
The Performance Review Process App helps expand managers’ management skills and empowers them to better guide their employees’ and team’s growth. It provided a better, cleaner and systematic platform for the employees to discuss their road maps and concerns with their managers. Further, it enables better coordination among all the important stakeholders involved in the review process including Human Resources, management, and individual employees.
