Resource Library

Overview

Appian’s Resource Library provides a central repository for multiple types of collateral and/or other general resources. Resources can be set up to be shared externally or restricted to internal viewing only. New and updated items are automatically announced to authorized users; users may also easily request for specific items to be updated.

Application Highlights:

• In-browser streaming video
• Attachments grid allows users to change file names and set file descriptions
• Multi-select out of the box categories and applicable industries
• User requests for updates to resource items are posted to the news feed to facilitate discussion
