Overview

This utility utilizes the latest Appian features to incorporate the classic board game of Snakes and Ladders. It harnesses Appian's functionality to create intuitive user interfaces. Snakes and Ladders is typically played on a square board divided into a grid of squares, The objective of the game is to reach the final square (usually numbered 100) before your opponents.The interface includes a graphic representation of the game board and player positions. In graphical representation, one shows the player's current position, while another shows how many snake bites and ladders they have received overall.

There are three play modes in this game: offline(Pass N Play), computer, and internet(Play with friends).

Key Features & Functionality

  1. Numbered squares are arranged in a grid on the game board. Players move through the squares to the finish line, with each square representing a position on the board.
  2. The way that players represent themselves on the board is by using tokens, frequently in the shape of map markers. Tokens with distinctive colors are often assigned to each player.
  3. A dice-based game is called Snakes and Ladders. The number of squares that each player can move during their turn is determined by rolling a normal six-sided dice.
  4. The presence of snakes and ladders on the board makes the game easily recognizable. Ladders on some squares enable faster ascent up the board, while snakes on other squares compel a player to slide down the board.
