This Custom Smart Service “UpdateProfileAdvanced” will allow the updating of up to 10 custom fields in the user profile. The purpose of this custom smart service is to supplement the out of the box Update User Profile smart service when the Appian installation is taking advantage of one or more of the custom profile fields that can be added to a profile.

Nevertheless I am having an issue with that node. In my process model, after the update user profile advanced is hit, it changes my locale and my language settings. Is this intentional? (I was using German and then it switched to English)
