LDAP Authentication Error in 16.3 version.

I am trying to configure LDAP authentication from Admin Console & getting error.

Login Failed: One or more of the Server URL, DN Pattern, Username, or Password fields were incorrect

I have created similar local admin user account & using Authentication "Bind as user".

 

Pls find attached capture. Could you please help or share any pointers.

    Try using LDAP admin...a free tool thats available to download...then try connecting to the ldap server you provided using the hostname, binding CN and admin CN. If you are able to connect and see everything, then check the columns on the right side....have you provided exact column names in ldap tree for username, lastname etc...user name might have a ldap name like "givenName" and last name might have "SN"...
