LDAP Authentication Error in 16.3 version.

Try using LDAP admin...a free tool thats available to download...then try connecting to the ldap server you provided using the hostname, binding CN and admin CN. If you are able to connect and see everything, then check the columns on the right side....have you provided exact column names in ldap tree for username, lastname etc...user name might have a ldap name like "givenName" and last name might have "SN"...

You can add another URL in LDAP configuration by omitting OU (Just provide baseDN).
e.g. ldap://<IP>:389/DC=appian,DC=com.

It should sync all the users from root.
