Hi ,
Recently one of my team member has registered in community and he is able to get the mail and could able to register, Post this to check whether he got all the access I asked him to navigate to
Training>>Credentials>>and Analyst Credentials
It says he doesn't have sufficient roles,
Whom should I reach out to for this as he is aspiring to complete the credentials.
Either to my Organization POC or to support@appian.com
Please let me know

To gain access to items like Training Credentials, you must have your account admin assign the proper roles to the desired account. This article will walk you through how to do that.
