Moving from on premise to cloud instance of Appian. I see a post indicating that the send mail is already installed on the cloud. • As for access to the logs, application server and Appian logs are available for users with access to the designer interface.
In the /suite/designer environment, navigate to the 'Home' tab, where you will see a link on the left navigation bar 'Access System Logs'. Application server logs are rotated every day, and the date is appended to the name of the log. Appian logs are rotated based on size.
