Moving from on premise to cloud instance of Appian. I see a post indicating that the send mail is already installed on the cloud. Is the ability to receive email to start a process also already configured? If so, how do we review this configuration and can we setup aliases like we can in an on-premise install?...

As for access to the logs, application server and Appian logs are available for users with access to the designer interface.
In the /suite/designer environment, navigate to the 'Home' tab, where you will see a link on the left navigation bar 'Access System Logs'. Application server logs are rotated every day, and the date is appended to the name of the log. Appian logs are rotated based on size.
