User Language Issues in SAIL UI Form

We have a user account which displays only some UI form in French..!!! 

The user settings are always set to the language ENGLISH and administrator is not overriding the settings to French either. Did anyone face this issue and what could be causing this??? The form which displays details in French has like Uploading files components and buttons and text fields...!!

    Hi Raghu,

    Just another alternative or workaround would be to use Google Chrome and ensuring there is no VPN services that might cause the settings to change according to country / region

    When changing the UI in development:

    - Click on "Translate" from French to English for development

    When publishing the application :
    - Ensure original IP address in country / region accepts English as main language in loading pages
