User Language Issues in SAIL UI Form

It really sounds like the user accidentally changed their language setting to French.
If you have verified that the user's language settings are set to English, and that same user sees French labels on standard components, then you should contact Appian Support to troubleshoot the issue.

By any chance did you try checking the logs. As Robert mentioned, there can be a possibility that admin might have changed the language accidentally. I believe this information should be available under the logs.

Just another alternative or workaround would be to use Google Chrome and ensuring there is no VPN services that might cause the settings to change according to country / region

When changing the UI in development:

- Click on "Translate" from French to English for development

When publishing the application :
- Ensure original IP address in country / region accepts English as main language in loading pages

Thanks for the ideas.. But this looks to me like an issue still since we have no other language set up for the users to be used except for English and that's the ONLY and default language available. So the possibility of user changing his settings gets void here.
And as far admin, i have re-verified and made sure English was the language and was never overridden to another.

Also one more thing to notice is that only few of the UI gets this issue and for only that user. I also verified with other user accounts and all looks good. Will probably create a case with Appian on this.
