Setting up custom email senders in developer cloud environment

Question

Hello, 
 I need access to my cloud development environment so that I can enable custom email senders -per email reply and this note:

Hello Chris, 
 
As mentioned by Mike definitely you need to open a ticket to Appian ( forum.appian.com/.../support) . 
 
You will need to provide the "display name" and create a constant(text) with the email to make that email sender "editable" by you and provide it to them, if you need to change the value i think you will need a restart the server.

I believe the standard procedure for this would be to open a new support case for your organization.
