For one particular user account, he is unable to get /tempo to load fully ... none of the tabs or data appear (shown in the image below). During a screen share I was able to log in with my account in the same window where he was just unable to get a complete page with his credentials.
This error did appear in the logs:
ERROR com.appiancorp.abdera.AtomEntryCollectionAdapter - An internal error occured while accessing the tempo feedcom.appiancorp.kougar.mapper.exceptions.UndeclaredException: PrivilegeException[null=>null]: User Does Not Have Rights to Perform this Operation
We are on 17.2. And I've followed the steps in KB-1663. None of that has helped. Any other ideas.

In the PDS we queried the feed entry tables related to the particular user where we found the record link posts. In this instance we knew we had recently removed some rdbms data so compared the results and t took quite a bit of database searching. Not wanting to send you on a goose chase though so this scenario might not apply to you.
