For one particular user account, he is unable to get /tempo to load fully ... none of the tabs or data appear (shown in the image below). During a screen share I was able to log in with my account in the same window where he was just unable to get a complete page with his credentials.
This error did appear in the logs:
ERROR com.appiancorp.abdera.AtomEntryCollectionAdapter - An internal error occured while accessing the tempo feedcom.appiancorp.kougar.mapper.exceptions.UndeclaredException: PrivilegeException[null=>null]: User Does Not Have Rights to Perform this Operation
We are on 17.2. And I've followed the steps in KB-1663. None of that has helped. Any other ideas.
