You can use the suggestions from Mike, what I am curious is about the SMTP you mention on the title. Are you trying to leverage you company SMTP server? If that is the case  please reach Appian Supoort team.

Here is some documentation that it is used if you had an on premise installation.

I want to configure and install my company SMTP server in Appian Cloud? Is that possible? If yes, how can I do that? I am searching and I think that I only found solution to do this in Appian on premise.

As indicated, you need to reach out to Appian Support for SMTP config. That said, why? Is there some reason you cannot use the appiancloud.com SMTP?

I'm sorry to keep drilling into this, but why do you want to use your company's SMTP? What's the benefit of switching? Are there some special features?

Can this be achieved using a email mail server configuration in appian  with pop or imap or is this more associated with  a connected system approach with Graph API?
