Install SMTP and Use Send Email SmartService

Question

Hi everyone, 
 
 I want to use the Send Email Smart Service send e-mails in my process model in Appian Cloud. Can someone explain me what I have to do step by step? I've already looked into this subject but I did not quite understand what I have to do.

Do you want to send emails OUT of the process or do you want to ingest emails INTO the process? 
 If OUT, use send email node: https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/19.1/Send_Email_Smart_Service.html Appian Cloud already has an SMTP server, no further installation required. 
 If IN, you need open a support case to configure an email poller: https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/19.1/Sending_an_Email_Message_to_a_Process.html

Hello Josuv, 
 You can use the suggestions from Mike, what I am curious is about the SMTP you mention on the title. Are you trying to leverage you company SMTP server? If that is the case please reach Appian Supoort team. 
 Here is some documentation that it is used if you had an on premise installation.
