1. shutdown failed with below error messages - saying "The following services failed to checkpoint while shutting down" and started again.
2. due to lack of space availability - checkpoint is not happed for last two weeks. now increased disk space and did manual checkpoint with below command " <APPIAN_HOME>/services/bin/checkpoint.sh"
but it did not create any .KDB files in the archive directory
can you please help how to stop the engines with proper check pointing
