I recently updated our local server to Appian 7.3. Everything seems to be be fine except all smart node images are missing when you open a process modeler. Can anyone guide me to resolve this issue?
Thanks in advance,
Sachin...

1. Stop the application server
2. Delete the application server log
3. Start the application server
4. Open it in a text editor and go all the way to the top
5. Do a "Find All" of the word "failed" and see if they are plug-ins failing to deploy or if you are indeed deploying the necessary plug-ins, if this is a migration (e.g. you went from Appian 7.2 or older to 7.3 it could be you didn't bring the plug-ins from _admin\\plugins with you which means the icons will be missing when you open an existing model.

Eduardo - I am missing the images for all the out of the box smart nodes. We don't have any plugins since this is fresh install.

Same procedure applies to verify there are no errors deploying the out of the box smart services.

If no errors also use the F12 key in your keyboard to open IE Developer Tools and inspect the broken icons to see what URL they are pointing to.

Eduardo - I don't see any errors. I checked for the errors and none to be found.

What about the F12 and IE Developer Tools, I am expecting to see a discrepancy in the URL (e.g. https while your URL is http)
