URL did not return a valid public key 19.2 Hotfix B

Hi,

We are in process of adding environments in admin console under Devops: Infrastructure. We have added certificates of either environments in console as well as truststore. We are getting following error while adding environment.

URL did not return a valid public key

We are able telnet and ping environments so connectivity is present.

Any help in this regard is welcome ...
