Hi,
Our requirement is to backup whole application. Presently we are exporting it manually. But we want to schedule it without human interventions. Our application is host on Appian cloud (Not on-premises). Is there a way to make it as a automated backup process.
Thanks

Hi Husain,
I dont think we have the capability yet to take a backup of Appian Objects automatically.

How are you doing the backup currently? What are you trying to accomplish with these backups?
Ideally the application should be put under source control as a part of your deployment process from dev to test to prod. Thus eliminating the need for pulling Appian objects separately as a part of an application backup. Are there other things you are backing up beyond the Appian objects and database scripts? If not, I would question what value these backups provide. Your Appian Cloud instance has automated backups in place that are likely much more robust than anything you are going to be able to do by manually exporting.
If you want to automation source control deployment you can use the Automated Version Manager, but you will still need to supply the application package that is to be put under source control.

When and how often do you need to back up your applications?
Thanks,

Appian Cloud performs a daily backup of your entire environment instance. For application specific backup/version control I'd suggest looking into the Deployment automation tool that Eric pointed out to.
Hi, daily backup is required.
