we recently got upgraded to 19.4 and to run the in-build health check feature, system is directing to uninstall the existing health check plugin.
we are on appian managed cloud permise.
Is there a way to get it uninstalled without Appian Case, please suggest.

If it is cloud then most of the admin stuff taken care by Appian itself so. You can just drop an email to them but since it is the plugin one support case is the only one options.
As already stated by Shanmukha - only Appian staff can remove the Plug In.
We usually raise a support case providing the details required to get the Plug In removed from a specified environments.
I have asked for an enhancement if the ability to remove the Plug In could be added to the Admin Console so that it becomes a self service request - as this would be quite handy when it comes to timing of replacing Plug Ins that have been superceded by new plug ins - Content Tools being a prime example.
We staggered our cloud upgrade to 19.4 and ran a health check in DEV and TEST as usual but when we tried in PROD, we got this error indicating that we needed to remove the plugin and run the health check from the admin console. Why didn't we get that when we tried to run it in DEV and TEST? Was this change done in a follow-on patch?
Hi Judy - I'm afraid I wouldn't know. We have yet to migrate to 19.4 but it does sound like a hot fix could have changed behaviours. Have you checked the release notes for 19.4 ? You may need to reach out to Appian Support for further clarity.
As far as I know this feature was in 19.4 from the very start (at least from any version that we may have gotten on standard cloud sites without super-early-access of some sort).
Is there a possiblity that your Dev and Test environments didn't actually have the old Health Check plugin installed, and it was just in your Prod site? That's about the only explanation I can think of.
