The new Appian Community launches August 3, followed by Appian Academy on August 7. I need to give credentials to basic user to access monitoring without access designer or have any administration privilege's

Hi Kassem,
If your requirement is just to show the process metrics to the user, a process report can do it. But if you want the user to access the process instance, then that user should be added to the Designers group.
