Is it possible to basic user access monitoring ?

I need to give credentials to basic user to access monitoring without access designer or have any administration privilege's

They wouldn't need admin privileges, but they would need to be in the Designers group and have access to /design, as far as I'm aware.

Hi Kassem, 
 If your requirement is just to show the process metrics to the user, a process report can do it. But if you want the user to access the process instance, then that user should be added to the D esigners group.
