When trying to start a server on Appian 20.3 that was previously running 20.2 HF C, I am getting the following error when the data-server starts up:
Basically, the migration script for the data-server data is failing. Has anyone else run into this?

The screenshot is too small but there was an issue that resulted in restoring the k4.lic from the pre-migration installation (or backup). I recall doing this and it worked.

I'm having an issue with the data server as well but for me the start.sh script isn't even completing. It just hangs and I have to ctrl+c to get out or do anything. I tried looking in the logs for something that would tell me what was wrong but couldn't find anything. I followed Tony's recommendation of re-migrating the data folder to no avail.
This issue was resolved by getting a new license for the server. I was not able to test your solution above.
