Appian Community and Appian Academy are being upgraded. From July 24–August 3, the Appian Community will be in read-only mode. During this time, the site will be read-only and user registration will be disabled. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but a more secure, stable, and performant Community experience is coming soon!
The new Appian Community launches August 3, followed by Appian Academy on August 7. During the migration, Appian Community Edition, Appian Academy, Documentation, Certifications, Instructor-led Customer Training, Partner Sales Training & Accreditation, and Forum (for Appian Partners and Customers only) will remain available.
So we recently got updated to Appian 20.4. I was doing some smoke testing and found out that emails are not being send out from the env. I wanted to find out where I can find the logs for this issue?Email Node Details:
From: Custom Sender, Display Name: ***_Notifications Sender EMail: ****_Notifications@****.appiancloud.com To: toemailaddress("xxx@xxx.com")
Note: We are on Cloud. I wanted to do some preliminary checks before I raise a ticket with Appian.

Hi ,
Did you check if the Email flag that allows the environment to send emails is active in the Admin Console (find it in the Email sub-menu)? Did you see anything strange in the tomcat-stdOut.log or in the notification-email logs?
Hey Pedro Simões,send emails was deactivated by one of team members which caused this issue.thanks for the pointers.
