This looks like the static content appian6_logo.png is not located. Please make sure that the file is in the correct location.

I am using Appian 7.2 user, its just that the appllication imported is developed in 6.6 server. By copying this file, it will display Appian 6 logo in 7.x

That logo comes by default in the base product until Appian 7.1 but it was removed in Appian 7.2.
If you are still seeing a 404 even when you are in Appian 7.2 then you haven't re-copied the static content to your web server and it could be still running static files from a previous Appian version.
If using a web server you should run
_admin\\_scripts\ ools\\generate-static.bat <APPIAN_HOME>\\runtime_ear|ear\\suite.ear\\web.war
and re-copy the static content to your web server

I don't get that behavior in my local Appian 7.2 but definitely since that logo is not in use anymore this shouldn't have any impact in your environment. It could be one of your application was customized to retrieve this logo and that's why I don't see it. But again, since this logo is no longer in use this won't cause any issues.
1. I still have to insist on trying out the steps I mentioned above
2. And also try stopping JBoss, deleting <JBOSS_HOME>\\standalone\ mp and restarting it.
