I am getting the following error in the log file (application-server.log)

I am getting the following error in the log file (application-server.log)
LockException: Process Model is locked by another user
The user's process does not open.
Does anyone have a solution for this?

Thank you for the clarification. In that case, I would recommend continuing to working with support to further troubleshoot the issue
