We've had users repeatedly having "Appian Servier Timeout" issues over the last couple of days. Has there been Server connectivity issues with the Amazon cloud sevices lately that we are unaware of? Part of our authentication process requires validate that the user account exists on our AD server. We haven't recieved any errors that there has been a connectivity issue, how can we validate that authentication server connection is working smoothly. ...
