URL did not return a valid public key

Question

Hi, 
 We are in process of adding environments in admin console under Devops: Infrastructure. We have added URL of either environments in console. We are getting following error while adding environment. 
 URL did not return a valid public key. 
 
 Any help in this regard is welcome ...
