I'm unable to launch the Designer portal (suite/designer). I keep getting a

I'm unable to launch the Designer portal (suite/designer). I keep getting a "403 Forbidden" error despite being in both "Designers" and "Process Model Creators" groups. I've even tried switching User Type to "System Administrator" to no avail.
(Yes, I've closed all IE session). What could be wrong?...

What version of Appian? Is it just your user, or does the problem happen for all Designer users? Is this on Cloud or an on-premise install? Any customizations?
