I'm unable to launch the Designer portal (suite/designer). I keep getting a "403 Forbidden" error despite being in both "Designers" and "Process Model Creators" groups. I've even tried switching User Type to "System Administrator" to no avail.
(Yes, I've closed all IE session). What could be wrong?...

Did you delete "Process Developers" group by any chance? This group is used to determine who can access the Designer.
