I am getting below error when starting server. (Appian 7.5 version + jboss server)

That allowed me to get a little further.... but then it broke on some spring security settings (looks like the LDAP Integration Example in the Authentication documentation is buggy). I was able to fix that, though, and now the application starts up. I still wonder if there's more that I'm missing, though. There's got to be more that changed in ACM 7.5, otherwise it would have been released already.
