After upgrading to hot fix B for7.5, and confirming the hot fix was installed by checking the build info, we are still getting a browser out of date issue when connecting from browsers pre IE10. We are also getting the following error in the suite/admin console: When clicking on change logo: "Unrecoverable Error. An Unrecoverable error was encountered while processing your request. To prevent losing your work, copy the expression below before reloading your browser." There however, is no expression, just a white line. See attached....

To clarify, you saw both of these issues before applying the hotfix?
Is the browser being used with compatibility mode turned on? Which browsers specifically, if pre IE10? Try clearing your browser cache. And please note that the admin console will not work in IE8.
Could you attach your application-server.log?

IE 9. Cache deleted. Multiple machines, users, all same issue. However, the admin page is now working properly, a day later. No changes made. Unable to post log in a public forum. If you heard of others with same issue, be curious what the fix is.

The solution for the out of date message previously has been to disable compatibility mode in IE

we got this from support, that appears to have resolved:
Stop JBoss
2. Delete <JBOSS_HOME>\\standalone\ mp
3. Delete <JBOSS_HOME>\\standalone\\data
4. Start JBoss
5. Restart web server
6. Test
