We are interacting with our JIRA issues system and when we encounter a new user on the JIRA issues, we add them as a user in Appian. Their LDAP network credentials are their login but Appian sends them an email with a temp password instead of informing them to use their network credentials.

Is there a way to configure this email to inform them to use their network credentials?...

I think that the way is to use http query smart service. is it right? Could you give me any suggestion for this topic ?
