Good morning, I am experiencing issues accessing the admin console via the Community Edition of Appian. Despite being the only user, it appears that I do not have the necessary permissions to access it. This also prevents me from accessing the cloud database. What steps should I follow to resolve this issue? I am unable to modify my credentials on my own. I would appreciate any help on this matter. Thanks in advance to anyone who will respond.

Hello lorenzog0003
What doe your instance URL look like? does it look like this xxxx.appian.community or us.appian.community ?
As Yogi mentioned if it is a beta edition (Starts with the region) you will not be having access to Database or the Admin console.Similar thread here : https://community.appian.com/discussions/f/administration/35290/admin-console
It starts with de.appian. Is there only a free beta version available? If so, how can I switch? Thank you.
You cannot switch. The old CE is not available anymore.
At the time of writing, there is no real solution available. I am sure Appian is working on it and will provide something in the future.
You are using the beta version of the CE edition. Hence, no access is available to the Admin console and Database.
Hello, I have this same issue. This thread is from a month ago so I'm assuming there is still no available solution but I'm wondering if you could confirm that is in fact the case. I'm currently taking the Appian Developer course.
Yes, you can't access the admin console in the community edition.
