1. Run stop-suite
2. Make sure no k.exe process remain active once the CPU usage has gone down back to 0%
3. Start the engines from the command prompt with start-suite
4. On Windows you will see 36 minimized/grouped windows for the engines and their gateways. Open the following to determine whether the engines are starting or not
APP: PX001: Process-Exec01
APP: PX011: Process-Exec01
APP: PX021: Process-Exec02
3. Attach a screenshot of those windows
4. Attach a screenshot showing the content of the following directories
/server/process/exec/00/gw1
/server/process/exec/01/gw1
/server/process/exec/02/gw1

Thank you for the update, I am glad this is working fine now, just make sure that after reverting all engines to the previous snapshot you also reset the analytics engine, this is the only engine you can do this without losing data:
1. Stop the app server and Appian
2. Make sure the engines stop completely
3. Delete pa*.kdb from
<APPIAN_HOME>/server/process/analytics/0000/gw1/
<APPIAN_HOME>/server/process/analytics/0001/gw1/
<APPIAN_HOME>/server/process/analytics/00002/gw1/
4. Start the environment the normal way you do it.

I'm a novice in Appian and just started using it. I'm also having similar issue and I couldn't catch the solution which victorb has suggested (I used previous versions of kdb files (renaming the old one with greater number) and it's worked.).
I'm also attaching the snapshots as suggested earlier..
Kindly suggest how can I resolve this issue.
