Hello,
I probably stop APPIAN in a wrong way because i have errors with process-exec when i try to start.
when i run the checkengine script i have this message for each Process-Exec " Unable to contact server:parse":

Thank you for the update, I am glad this is working fine now, just make sure that after reverting all engines to the previous snapshot you also reset the analytics engine, this is the only engine you can do this without losing data:
1. Stop the app server and Appian
2. Make sure the engines stop completely
3. Delete pa*.kdb from
<APPIAN_HOME>/server/process/analytics/0000/gw1/
<APPIAN_HOME>/server/process/analytics/0001/gw1/
<APPIAN_HOME>/server/process/analytics/00002/gw1/
4. Start the environment the normal way you do it.
