Hi Team,
Is there a possibility to get the usernames and their password by the administrator on Appian?
What kind of user details do we have access to?

What "administrator" do you mean, and do you have any specific use case in mind?
A "system administator".
Just asking. In Appian we have the user type "Administrator" and we can define any normal user group "Admin" permissions in apps. So "Admin" can be ambiguous.
Do you have any specific use case in mind?
I agree with that point, in Appian the term “Admin” can definitely be confusing. You’ve got the built-in Administrator user type, which has platform-level privileges, and then you can also create custom groups like “Admin” inside applications with elevated permissions. From a naming perspective, that overlap can cause misunderstandings. geometry dash unblocked
In my experience, it really helps to be explicit about what level of access is needed. For example, whether the requirement is:
full system administration (users, security, engines, etc.), or
app-level administration (design access, object management, data access within a specific app).
