Appian Community and Appian Academy are being upgraded. From July 24–August 3, the Appian Community will be in read-only mode. During this time, the site will be read-only and user registration will be disabled. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but a more secure, stable, and performant Community experience is coming soon!
The new Appian Community launches August 3, followed by Appian Academy on August 7. During the migration, Appian Community Edition, Appian Academy, Documentation, Certifications, Instructor-led Customer Training, Partner Sales Training & Accreditation, and Forum (for Appian Partners and Customers only) will remain available.
Hi everyone,
I am currently working through the Appian Certified Business Analyst learning pathway and have run into a technical issue.
When I first joined Appian Community, I was assigned a workspace (I also received the confirmation email). However, I no longer appear to have access to any workspace, which means I can't continue with the hands-on exercises in the learning pathway.
I have already contacted Appian Support, but I haven't received a response yet, so my progress has come to a halt.
Has anyone experienced this issue before or knows how it can be resolved? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!

Expected behavior! a new Community Edition workspace with no activity is lost within a few days (28 for established ones).https://community.appian.com/p/community-edition-guide

Thanks so much for your response.
The confirmation email was received only four days ago, and my workspace was deactivated yesterday, so I would still consider that to be within a few days.
Could you please advise how I can register for the Community Edition again to obtain a new workspace? Would I need to use a different email address, or is there a way to re-register using my existing email address?
Same email works, no new address needed. After you log in to your region, complete the survey all the way through, then request a workspace and it will be allocated to you.
Shubham Aware I have actually done this multiple times but doesn't seem to work, no new workspace is being allocated to me.Also for your reference I am using the second option 'No, I would like a personal workspace for now'.
I am yet to receive an email back from support as well.
Same happens to me. I have done this a multiple times, but never get the workspace! It´s either pending (right after I request it) or I need to start from scratch - telling where I come from, etc. I am stuck in the loop for weeks now.
Have tried to get help multiple times..
