I have set in suite/admin - site access (on Appian 7.8) the minimum password age

I have set in suite/admin - site access (on Appian 7.8) the minimum password age to 1 day. However, I can reset my password more than one time (I have tried ten times) in one day.

Have I misunderstood this functionality or is there a bug?

As a system admin, this setting does not apply to you, try testing with a basic user account: Minimum Password Age - The number of days a user must wait after changing their password before they may change it again. The default is 0. This setting does not affect temporary passwords or the ability for an administrator to reset a user's password.
