I have set in suite/admin - site access (on Appian 7.8) the minimum password age

As a system admin, this setting does not apply to you, try testing with a basic user account: Minimum Password Age - The number of days a user must wait after changing their password before they may change it again. The default is 0. This setting does not affect temporary passwords or the ability for an administrator to reset a user's password.

Hi Josh, actually I was trying with a basic user account. I set the minimum password age to 1 day and could reset the basic users account 10+ times within 15 minutes..
Is this a bug?

I was unable to reproduce your situation. Can you list out all the steps you took?
