I have set in suite/admin - site access (on Appian 7.8) the minimum password age

I have set in suite/admin - site access (on Appian 7.8) the minimum password age to 1 day. However, I can reset my password more than one time (I have tried ten times) in one day.

Have I misunderstood this functionality or is there a bug?

*This setting does not apply because you, as a system admin, are resetting the password.
