I am trying to access the Appian Administration Console to change logo, etc. I am getting a pink box error when I try to access
yoursite.example.com/.../admin
There is no text in the error dialog. See screenprint attached. Any idea what is going on?
Thanks,
Michael

1. Reproduce the issue and then attach the appian logs directory
2. Are you able to access Tempo and Designer?
3. Is this something that recently started occurring or has never worked?
4. Are you getting this issue in all browsers?

Also make sure your settings in custom.properties reflect the URL you're using to access Appian:
conf.suite.SCHEME=https
conf.suite.SERVER_AND_PORT=yoursite.example.com

Thanks both I will check custom.properties
We are able to access Tempo and Designer. We have never tried to access the Admin Console until now. Will attach the logs if we find that custom.properties is configured properly.

Seems like nothing is being added to server.log when I try to access the Admin console. Is there a different log file i should be checking or what else can I check?

Is this a recent upgrade from a previous version (i.e. migration) or is this a brand new install?

Are you using a web server that may be denying you from accessing the admin page? We had an issue where our apache wasn't configured properly and our admin page wasn't working.

@Michael
As per Andrew's comment, we can test this by running a network capture through Fiddler and seeing either 400 or 500 error codes. Can you try the following?
1. Start network capture
2. Reproduce the issue
3. Stop the network capture
4. Attach the output here
Also, are you getting this issue in all browsers? Please attach the appian logs directory.

Hi all, just wanted to document our fix. Info was provided by Appian.
This was fixed in Appian 7.7 (AN-55343):
forum.appian.com/.../Appian_Release_Notes.html
The workaround in Appian 7.6 is using the following URL:
https://<APPIAN_HOME>/suite/admin/#!/admin
