Hi
We are b getting below error while log into the server. Need urgent help on this.
PFA server.log and application-server.log

2015-06-04 02:13:59,342 [http-/0.0.0.0:80-2] ERROR com.appiancorp.ag.util.Utilities - Group membership validation failed in process for user [BendreA]
java.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.InterruptedException: Work couldn't complete in the designated time: 60000 milliseconds.

Hi Eduardo,
We did several time restart of JBOSS, Appian engines and check pointing of appian engines. After waiting some time at login page we are able to log in into the server.

Is there any way by which we can identify which plug-in or report causing this issue.

Note:- Whenever we try to restart jboss we face this problem.
