There seems to be an issue with the instance of your search server. In the Data-Metrics logs, withing the <APPIAN_HOME>\\logs directory, there is a csv file that indicates the stare of the search_server_cluster.csv.

We expected that the issue will be resolved after deploying the Appian 7.9 Hotfix A, but it still persists. Please do let us know if something is missing from our side.

This issue is resolved after following the steps as mentioned in the below link :

It does look like the root cause of the issue was that the search-server was not running.

For future reference, you can review the search_serve_cluster.csv from <APPIAN_HOME>\\logs\\data-metrics to check the status of the search-server.

Based on the log file you attached, the search_serve_cluster.csv indicated that the search server was not running.
